  5. LMserver enables UNIX computers to act as network servers without being
  6. dedicated to that role. It supports unmodified DOS, OS/2 and MS Windows clients
  7. running any SMB-compatible network software, such as MS LAN Manager, IBM LAN
  8. Server or DEC PathWorks. LMserver has been developed exclusively for UNIX which
  9. means it is available and portable across a wide range of different hardware
  10. platforms, giving total interoperability. Also available for LMserver is
  11. RemoteUtilities, enabling an LMserver host to execute commands on remote SMB
  12. servers e.g. for printing; and Terminal Connect, providing terminal emulation
  13. to UNIX over NetBOIS.
